Here are writing productivity tips for freelancers with ADHD!

1. Take breaks!

Breaks allow you to reset your mind and get back in the game without getting overwhelmed. If you’re having trouble focusing on a project, try taking a quick five-minute break every hour or so, or setting aside an hour each day dedicated solely to taking breaks. This will give your brain some much-needed rest and help you stay focused when it’s time to get back to work.

Do not start another task, this is just more ADD. Completely stop your work in order to reorientate and regain focus.

2. Make Micro Projects

Break down larger projects into smaller tasks that can be completed in one sitting. This will help keep you focused and motivated as you make progress toward completing the project as a whole. You should also set deadlines for yourself so that you have something tangible to work towards and track your progress as you go along.
